Santos striker Neymar has agreed to join Premier League champions Chelsea, according to Brazil newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo.
The report claims a meeting was held in New York in the presence of the player, his father, agent Wagner Ribeiro, Santos president Luiz Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro, Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck and agent Pini Zahavi.Neymar agreed to sign for the Blues, who will pay €25 million to Santos for his services.
The Brazil international has been hotly linked with the English giants and a deal appeared to have fallen through after Santos rejected a €20million bid from Chelsea.
But the move is set to be completed after the transfer fee was agreed upon during the meeting in New York.
An official announcement is expected to be made in the coming days.
