"There's Rio Ferdinand, we have got Anderson to come back.
"We have got a really strong squad, so injuries permitting throughout the season, we can be stronger than last year."

"You go into every season determined but when you do not win the league it is always hard.
"I feel good after pre-season and played the majority of the games in America. Just like anyone else, I can't wait for the season to start."

All the fans believes the arrival of Mexican striker Javier Hernandez will take the pressure off Wayne Rooney and Co.
But he accepts competition at the top will be fierce, especially from United's rivals down the road at Eastlands.

Although the veteran hinted Chelsea are still the team to beat.

"Towards the end of last season we needed that player who could come off the bench and change the game.
"But now we have strengthened in those positions and hopefully that will give us an edge.

"Now there is Manchester City with their money. It is going to be interesting but I still think if we finish above Chelsea we will have a great chance."
